A 15-year veteran of her industry, Ms. Mavis excels in developing and implementing software quality and testing processes and best practices. As manager of quality assurance, she directs a team of quality professionals with software testing and quality initiatives; develops strategy, goals and objectives; institutionalizes processes and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization; and mentors others in the disciplines of software development and quality. Her prior positions include responsibility over multi-state teams of software quality professionals; and working in the quality discipline on software testing, software development, and Six Sigma projects.

Ms. Mavis received her MBA from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Lakeland College.
