In addition, Ms. Brooks utilizes her health care experience as the owner of Clinical Endpoint Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in training, organizational development, and executive coaching services. Her goal is to provide her clients with the information and tools they need to maintain clinical compliance while streamlining their daily operational structure and procedures that will keep them audit ready. Her consulting reports and organizational plans are grounded in more than 20 years of clinical and management experience, attained in both the hospital and medical industry settings. Her services provide assistance in building new programs from the ground up, improving existing programs or redesigning programs in response to unsuccessful regulatory compliance audits.
In 1993, Ms. Brooks earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Union University. She is a member of The Society of Clinical Research Associates and a supporter of the American Cancer Society and National Stroke Association. Ms. Brooks aspires to to do more writing in the years to come.
