Jennifer E. Peters Named a Professional of the Year by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Investment & Financial Planning

Peters, Director and Portfolio Manager for MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier Inc., has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in Investment & Financial Planning. Since the 1990s, Ms. Peters has been making a name for herself in the financial industry, as she began working with MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier Inc., a prestigious investment firm, in 1993. She deals on a retail basis with actual human beings from around the world, and prides herself on providing solid portfolios, each uniquely developed to reflect specific objectives and goals for her individual clients. Additionally, Ms. Peters feels strongly and is very conscious about preserving capital, and does so with families of sometimes two and three generations. At her current post, Ms. Peters deals with retail clients across Canada, Europe, and Australia, makes sure their portfolios are diversified, and maintains an acute understanding of the clients' objectives, both immediate and long-term. Ms. Peters is also in charge of tailoring the account to those objectives through careful planning. As a Director of 3macs, she aids in the direction of the company, on a long and short term basis.

Inspired by a desire to follow in her family's footsteps and to continue a tradition of excellence, Ms. Peters began working with MacDougall, MacDougall & MacTier Inc. over 20 years ago. Her grandfather worked for the company from the 1940s to the 1980s, and the company had always been an important aspect of her life. After taking the Canadian Securities course, she pursued her dream of working for the company.

Ms. Peters is on the Board of Governors for Branksome Hall, a girl's school in Toronto, as well as the advisory committee for Soulpepper Theatre Company. She attributes her career success to her hard work, focus, continuing education, and ability to figure out how to do her job better.
