Jim Cross has owned J. Cross PC Service & Repairs since 2005. He is responsible for performing on-site service and repairs of computers for private and commercial customers, assembling custom computers, working on laptops, and setting up home networks. He became involved in his profession because he always had an interest in computers, and he attributes his success to his honesty, ability to provide quality service at an affordable price and to being thorough with his service and repairs.

Mr. Cross received his Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science and Business from the New England Institute of Technology in 1991. In addition to having earned his A+ Certification, he is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
