Jimmy C. Humphrey Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Operations Management

    NASHVILLE, TN, April 24, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Jimmy Humphrey, Executive Vice President of Environmental Protective Solutions and Assistant Dean of Students at Lipscomb University, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

As the executive vice president of Environmental Protective Solutions, Mr. Humphrey specializes in business development and operational planning in support of indoor environmental conditions with commercial properties such as hotels, schools, and hospitals. Additionally, as an executive leadership consultant, he focuses on creating strategic plans and organizational designs for business leaders. As the Assistant Dean of Students for Lipscomb University, Mr. Humphrey is primarily responsible for establishing programs supporting military veteran students. A great deal of Mr. Humphrey's leadership skills were gained through 23 years of military service. He began his distinguished military career as a surveillance scout in the Army in 1986, before receiving his commission with the Air Force in 1992, where he served as a mission support officer. During the course of his career, Mr. Humphrey has served the Army and Air Force in a variety of assignments across the country, including duty at Ft. Bragg, Holloman Air Force Base, Falcon Air Force Base, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Dyess Air Force Base, and Langley Air Force Base, Minot Air Force Base,, Barksdale Air Force Base and MacDill Air Force Base. He has also been deployed to Guam, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Afghanistan. He attributes his success to his faith, family, perseverance and military background. He became involved in his current profession after he retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2011.

Mr. Humphrey received a master's degree in military art and science, Air Command Staff College, Air University in 2006; Master's Degree in Aeronautical Science, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1999; Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Angelo State University, San Angelo, TX in 1992. He is a member of the Board of Directors, Foundation Christian Academy; Society for Human Resource Management; Air Force Association; and Military Officers Association of America. In years to come, Mr. Humphrey hopes to expand the market presence of Environmental Protective Solutions beyond the current Southeast U.S. market.
