In 2005, Mr. Dillon received his Master of Education from Wayland Baptist University and his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Science and Communication in 1997 also from Wayland Baptist University. He won the Training Manager of the Year Award in 2003 and the Young Man of America Award in 1988.
