The web address, http://www.165services.com is the same, but several changes have been made to improve the quality and the amount of information the website provides.
The look of the website has been revamped to update its appearance and provides for easier navigation on the site. Several additional tabs have been added to provide more thorough information to prospective clients.
Moira Souza-Shiver, Vice President and Director of JK Harris 165 Services, LLC said, "The new website brings a personal aspect to an industry that is relatively unknown and until now, faceless. As victims of investment fraud, our clients are understandably hesitant and non-trusting. We're hoping that by bringing this solution to the victims' attention, then presenting it on a simple and personal level, victims will not only be able to make an informed decision, but have peace of mind in the decision they make."
165 Services has also added more detailed information on the various types of fraud or scam that potential clients can search to get updated information. The new site features a running scroll on each web page that details the various types of fraud schemes that victims have been injured.
"The website is candid and meant to be a resource for victims," Souza-Shiver said "More importantly, though, it is realistic. Accurate expectations are essential in not only gaining but also maintaining victims' respect and trust. Without that, you'd be setting them up for another round of disappointments. We're not willing to participate in that option."
