PISCATAWAY, NJ, December 28, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joan Stamile, On-Site Sales Director of Coldwell Banker's New Homes Division, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in real estate.
With 34 years of experience as an on-site sales director of Coldwell Banker's New Homes Division, Ms. Stamile's people skills and honesty have served as major boons in the course of her duties. She is responsible for overseeing daily sales reports, interacting with the construction team, conducting attorney reviews and rentals, and supervising the construction of a new sales office. She also trains new employees and handles the public relations aspect of the business. She attributes her success to being blessed with good fortune and utilizing the Golden Rule, which most people respond well to, in her experience. The most gratifying aspect of her career is selling units without having seen them, based solely on her personality and knowledge of the complex.
Ms. Stamile completed coursework in business management and real estate law from Middlesex Community College in 1993, having received her real estate license in 1978 and various real estate certifications prior to that. Among her many awards are an outstanding humanitarian award and a sales achievement award in interiors and gifts. She has also been awarded the prestigious "Sales Manager of the Year in 2010" from the New Jersey Home Builders Association. Her garden has been showcased in Better Homes and Gardens and in the Sunday addition of the Home News Tribune. In years to come, Ms. Stamile hopes to continue in the industry as well as continue her volunteer work as a platelet donor for cancer victims.
