With more than 22 years of professional experience, Mr. Flores is responsible for overseeing finance, administration, site managers and scheduling. He became involved in his profession because he was inspired by his family members who were in the nursing field. A 2007 recipient of the Quality Achievement Award from the Texas Medical Foundation, he considers his hard work and organizational and management skills to be the reasons for his consistent success.
Mr. Flores received his Associate's Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas-Pan American in 1986 and is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, the American Nurses Association, the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association. He also supports the National Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on Health and Lions Clubs International. His future plants include branching out into patient care, including home health medical equipment and ambulance services.
