Having previously spent nine years as the director of planning and 5 years as a consultant with Tim Miller Associates, Inc., a firm located in Cold Spring, NY, where he provided land planning and environmental services to developers, corporations, municipalities, and community planning associations across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, his wealth of expertise now spans more than 30 years. Mr. Lynch has also been known for serving as a consultant planner for Jed S. Marcus, Esq., in Brooklyn, NY, earlier in his career and as a consultant for the City of Peekskill in more recent years.
An environmental and municipal planner by trade, Mr. Lynch understands the planning process from the municipal, applicant, and constituent standpoints and specializes in environmental impact and disclosure, economics, permitting, and municipal planning and zoning. Working with such clients as attorneys, architects, and engineers, as well as consultants and consulting firms, municipal officers, and developers or development professionals, Mr. Lynch is committed to and capable of handling every project on time and on budget. Currently serving as the financial secretary for the Sons of Italy Lodge, Mr. Lynch is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners, a certified environmental inspector through the Environmental Assessment Association, and NYS Notary Public. He has held a BA in Sociology and Politics from New York University since 1985, and an MS in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute since 1990.
