Currently serving as chairman of American Realty Team in Florida since 1994, and as chairman of Infrastructure Repair Technologies, a concrete contractor in Woburn, MA, since 1998, he is also the founder and chairman of American Properties Team, APT Asset Management, Inc. in Boston since 1987, and APT Management Group and Subsidiaries, Inc., in Boston since 1977. Mr. Curry also founded and chaired American Securities Team, Inc., in Boston, from 1992 to 2016, chaired American Development Team from 1985 to 1992, and was a developer for Development Corporation of America from 1970 to 1973.
The recipient of numerous accolades in honor of his work, including a Modernization Award from Building Magazine, an Outstanding Restoration Award from Lowell Chamber of Commerce, and a National Jewish Life Award, Mr. Curry previously earned an undergraduate degree at the University of San Francisco in 1968, and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army for three years.
Throughout his career, Mr. Curry has maintained various volunteer positions for federal, state and local political organizations and campaigns, and as a Boston representative for Taylor Woodrow PLC, in London during the mid-1980s, and maintains membership with the Harvard Club in Boston, Jupiter Hills Club, Tequesta, FL, the Society of Colonia Wars, the Sons of the American Revolution's Palm Beach chapter, and The Sons of the Revolution in the State of Florida. Married to Margaretta Buckley since 1990, they share one son together. Mr. Curry also has two other sons from a previous marriage.
