Mr. Gonzalez brings 10 years of professional experience to Affiliated Computer Services, an outsourcing company that specializes in diversified business process outsourcing and information technology services and solutions. He is recognized as an expert in negotiating contracts, building client relations, and communicating in both English and Spanish. As deputy account manager, he is responsible for managing the entire Florida Kids Care program, supervising 400 employees, including the various programs that they create and implement, budgeting, and dealing with the managers of all departments, including the call center, eligibility and training departments. Mr. Gonzalez began his career as a call center representative while still in college; he credits his rise through the ranks to his ability to make the most of every opportunity that is presented to him.

A graduate of Saint Leo University, Mr. Gonzalez earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminology in 1995. He is currently pursuing his MBA. Honors of which he is a recipient include a Joint Service Commendation Medal in 1998 and 1999. He names the United Way and March of Dimes as his favorite charities. Mr. Gonzalez aspires to attain an account manager position in either Kansas or New York within the next five years.
