A prominent usability expert, Wahlbin brings a wealth of knowledge about effective digital strategies that will be invaluable to the firm's clientele. She has extensive experience in engaging audiences and building strategic online communications programs aimed at reaching key stakeholders and influencers.
Prior to joining JPA, Wahlbin served as a senior vice president of Virilion, where she led the Account Management practice. She was responsible for guiding the account management activities for clients such as Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, UNICEF and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Before joining Virilion, Wahlbin was the CEO of RampWEB, a consultancy that helps clients turn accessibility requirements into communications opportunities for government agencies, contractors and multi-national corporations, as well as numerous American organizations that reach people online with disabilities.

Wahlbin received a bachelor's of science in mathematics and computer science from Trent University in Canada.
