The Bank's support of this event stems directly from the long-term commitment it had pledged for serving the local community, and from its strive to play an instrumental role in the progress of Jordan's social spheres.
The Forum will be hosted in Amman between 26 August, and 27 August, 2008. Its agenda is set to shed light on the status of the corporate funding field in the Kingdom. Discussions during the event will focus on the tools and the means available for corporate funding within the local market. Deliberations shall also tackle the role played by financial institutions and corporations in developing this field further. From another angle, the Forum will provide a space for surveying new finance services and products conducive to upgrading the financial
proficiency and to mounting the competitive edge enjoyed by pertinent corporations. The event is also presenting an opportunity for attendees to explore obstacles, risks, and challenges facing this sector, and how to surmount them.
