With an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth operations of theatrical shows, Mr. Drummond is gratified to see shows come to life without major issues or complications due to his involvement. At the Goodman Theatre, Mr. Drummond has worked on such shows as A Chrisman Carol, Much Ado About Nothing, Marvin's Room, and many others. In the 2015-2016 season, he worked on Disgraced, and 2666.

Notably in his career, Mr. Drummond took a hiatus from his work at the Goodman Theatre to travel New York and work on two Broadway productions. In 1984, he was the stage manager for Glengarry Glen Ross on Broadway, David Mamet's Pulitzer Prize-winning play about a group of Chicago real-estate salesman battle ruthlessly for "the big deal." Years later, in 1999, Mr. Drummond was the stage manager for Death of a Salesman on Broadway. Today, he remains a fixture of importance in the Chicago theatre scene. As he looks to the future, Mr. Drummond intends to continue in his work with the Goodman Theatre.
