Considered a leader in his field, Mr. Carlucci focuses his practice on industrial development revenue bond practice, which includes matters of complex corporate issues, business acquisition and sales, contracts, partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, employment contracts and corporate documentation. In addition to his extensive corporate practice, he is one of the region's most active counselors in connection with industrial development agency revenue bond financings, including "straight lease" transactions.
Previously, Mr. Carlucci served as an industrial development agency chair and now represents borrowers, underwriters and issuers in bond financing transactions before such agencies throughout the New York metropolitan area, as well as in a number of states throughout the country.
