Considered a leader in his field, Mr. Carlucci focuses his practice on industrial development revenue bond practice, which includes matters of complex corporate issues, business acquisition and sales, contracts, partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, employment contracts and corporate documentation. In addition to his extensive corporate practice, he is one of the region's most active counselors in connection with industrial development agency revenue bond financings, including "straight lease" transactions.

Previously, Mr. Carlucci served as an industrial development agency chair and now represents borrowers, underwriters and issuers in bond financing transactions before such agencies throughout the New York metropolitan area, as well as in a number of states throughout the country. In recognition of his professional excellence, Mr. Carlucci has been the recipient of many awards, including a Community Leadership Award from Mercy College in 2018, Above the Bar Award for Most Socially Conscious Attorney in 2017, a Business and Community Leadership Award from Mercy College in 2012, a Community Service Award from Rotary International in 1995, a Best Lawyer in America Award, and an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. When asked of his success, Mr. Carlucci simply credits his passion for helping others and his hard work ethic instilled in him since childhood.

Highly regarded by his colleagues and peers for his involvement in professional organizations, Mr. Carlucci has had many opportunities to share his expertise with his industry. Over the course of his career, he has held noteworthy roles, including advisory board member for the Port Chester-Rye Bar Association, member of the board of directors for the Real Estate Finance Association, vice chairman for the Economics Law Practice Committee on Lawyering Skills with the American Bar Association, president of the board of governors for the Coveleigh Club, and member of the board of directors for the Metropolitan Club at Georgetown University. At the core of Mr. Carlucci's many achievements is his education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Georgetown University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Fordham University. Certified by the New York State Bar Association, he has been fully equipped to succeed since establishing his career.

Outside of his professional work, Mr. Carlucci has been involved in civic projects. Notably, he is vice chairman of the board of directors for Mercy College, member of the Board of Visitors at the School of Law at Pace University, trustee for the Rye YMCA, trustee for the Westchester Arts Council, member of the Westchester Partnership for Economic Development, chairman of the Westchester division of the Cardinal's Committee for Laity in Westchester County, a member of the Board of Trustees at Westchester Community College, member of the paralegal curriculum advisory committee, and vice president of the Rye Historical Society, among others. Mr. Carlucci is the proud father of two daughters. He has been listed in several editions of Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in the East and Who's Who in the World.
