Ms. Connolly has also acquired a distributorship through Connolly Kia Ltd. for Kia Motors in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

She uses her 18 years of experience as managing director of Tropical Auto Rentals to oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure that the staff delivers her clients excellent customer service and provides them with the best vehicle to suit their needs.

She attributes her success to her parents, who taught her that hard work, doing the right thing, and helping others will make her successful. She also credits her honesty and integrity. She became involved in her profession because she saw the need for affordable, safe car rentals.

Ms. Connolly received her bachelor's degree in politics and management and her master's degree with honors in human resources from the University of Central Lancashire, UK. Ms. Connolly is president of the Girl Guide Association and sits on the board of directors of a local community college. In the near future, she hopes to grow on a personal and professional level and move into politics.
