Cambridge Who's Who
/Cambridge Who's Who/ - Birmingham, AL, August 1, 2008, Joshua L. Firth, Esq., Associate with Hollis, Wright & Harrington, P.C., has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of legal services.
With two years of experience in law, Mr. Firth specializes in litigating for personal injury and death cases, such as auto and truck accidents, industrial and premises accidents, medical malpractice injuries and products liability. He became involved in his profession out of an interest in law and as a result of years of exposure to mock trials in school. Practicing law also allowed him to stay in Birmingham, and the field proved to be a good fit. Mr. Firth is licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama and attributes his success to his good upbringing and strong work ethic. He stays current with the trends in his profession through continuing education and research and believes that federal pre-emption and its effect on consumer rights is the most important issue facing his field.
Mr. Firth received his JD from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2006 and his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in fine arts from Samford University in 2002, where he also served as president of the College Society. He is affiliated with the Alabama Association of Justice, the American Association of Justice, the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association. He also sits on the Junior Board of the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation. As his career progresses, he hopes to move into a partnership role at his firm and continue representing the citizens of Birmingham who don't have a voice in the justice system.
An authority on products liability and personal injury, Mr. Firth is available to speak with the media and may be reached via email at
