    SAN FRANCISO, CA, July 9, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Joy Chen, Vice President & General Manager of The Clorox Company, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of general management.

Ms. Chen assumed her current position at Clorox in 2008. Considered an expert in strategy development, she has P&L responsibilities with extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Ms. Chen joined the company 16 years ago and honed her skills in the Marketing field prior to venturing into general management. She is proud to have built her career at Clorox, a company that has been a household name for many years. She attributes her success to her strategic and collaborative skills and ability to get things done. Prior to Clorox, she had a successful career at Hewlett Packard.

An alumna of Harvard University, Ms. Chen completed her MBA in 1992. She sits on the board of Magic Theatre and recently founded the Clorox Asian American Diversity Group, which has grown to over 300 members within an one-year span. She aspires to attain a position of even greater leadership and responsibility at Clorox, and to one day establish her own company.
