As the executive director of engineering at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., Mr. Daru is responsible for overseeing facility management and leading a team responsible for the cooling system of the hotel, boiler room, kitchen and engineering works in the meeting rooms. Originally from Hungary, he gained experience working as a housekeeper at Marriott International. He attributes his success to his hard work and followup skills.

Mr. Daru completed coursework in chemical engineering in Hungary. He hopes to become the regional director and spend time traveling around the world.
