/24-7PressRelease/ -- Judi Gallagher, founder and owner of Judi Gallagher & Associates, a public relations and marketing company focused on the food and the restaurant-hospitality industries, has been notified that she is being honored as "Purveyor of the Year," for 2009 by Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Gallagher will be presented with this prestigious national award at Fleming's all-company conference at the historic Fontainebleau Hotel, in Miami on Monday, March 22.

In addition to owning her own public relations company, Chef Judi Gallagher is Contributing Food & Wine Editor for SARASOTA Magazine and she is Culinary Director of ABC-7 television, where she directs culinary coverage and appears on-air three times a week. Her popular blogs, Chef Judi's Dish, Foodies Notebook and Scrumptious are followed by foodies all over the globe. She is a contributor to Florida Travel & Life magazine. She is a frequent lecturer at the School of Hospitality at the University of South Florida.
An honors graduate of the Culinary Arts Program Johnson & Wales College, Chef Judi Gallagher has owned her own restaurants and a dessert company in the Northeast. She moved to Florida 14 years ago to forge a career in restaurant consulting, which grew and evolved into a full-service public relations and marketing company that operates out of Sarasota and employs five people.
