Judith Lewis CRS, GRI, SRES, has been successfully selling residential properties in New Jersey counties of Somerset, Morris, Union and Essex for more than 25 years. A Certified Buyer Specialist and Accredited Buyer's Representative, Ms. Lewis is recognized by her peers for her extensive sales and marketing experience as well as her patience, dedication and client skills. Outside the office, she teaches ethics and fair housing courses for HSAR and GRI courses for the New Jersey Association of Realtors and holds Certification in the Mediation of Ethics and Complaints. She has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1987 and a Licensed Realtor since 1984. She previously worked as a trainer for Weichert Realtors and as a support staffer for an attorney. In 2004, she was published in New Jersey Realtor magazine. Judith Lewis was honored by the Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors with the Realtor of the Year Award in 2006 and received the Realtor of the Year Award from the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 2006. In 1992, she was recognized with the Realtor Associate of the Year Award by the Somerset Association of Realtors and the Circle of Excellence Award by the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 1985-1987, 1993, 1995, 1996, and 2000-2002.
Ms. Lewis is a member of the Garden State County Multiple Listing Service, a trustee of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, former president and member of the board of directors of the Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors, former chair and current member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors' Cultural Diversity Committee and a current member of its Board of Directors. She is a former federal political coordinator of the National Association of Realtors.
