With an impressive professional background that spans 20 years, Ms. Chen specializes in reinsurance management. As the president of International Reinsurance Managers, she is responsible for overseeing the underwriting and technical service divisions of the firm. She has extensive actuarial, computer science and underwriting experience in health and life insurance and reinsurance.

Ms. Chen earned her Master of Applied Mathematics from the University of Miami in 1988. She received her Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Mathematics from Liaoning University in 1985 and 1983 respectively. In recognition of her accomplishments, Ms. Chen was honored as the Executive of the Year representing the insurance industry by Cambridge Who's Who in 2008.
