The only enterprise-wide ethics communication and awareness solution of its kind, the ECC Library houses nearly 2,000 ethics-related tools and supports any ethics program that an organization may already have in place. Part of Kaplan EduNeering's RedHawk Ethics Solution, the ECC was created in 1999 to help organizations create and sustain an ethical culture. It gained much of its popularity with ethics professionals after the November 2004 revised U.S. Federal Sentencing Guidelines were announced, requiring organizations to promote a "culture that encourages a commitment to compliance."
