This award is presented by the Millstein Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management, and recognizes young professionals in the field who are making an impact as outstanding analysts, experts, activists, or managers. Candidate criteria includes past accomplishments and thought leadership; future projects and endeavors; reputation among existing industry leaders; and potential
to influence the industry in the future. The honorees were all nominated by a member of the governance community and will be honored during a reception at the Yale Governance Forum on June 9, 2008.

Rogers has nearly a decade of experience in the ethics and governance industry; he is often asked to speak professionally on ethics topics, and has conducted workshops designed to impact organizational culture for major corporations and government agencies. He has also written Corporate Codes of Conduct and Ethics for several major U.S. companies in the energy, financial, and manufacturing fields. Rogers was named Director of Consulting Services for RedHawk Communications - now Kaplan EduNeering - in 2005, prior to which he worked as Director of Ethics Training & Education for the City of New York. He has served on the Steering Committee of the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws (COGEL), and has consulted many public agencies including U.S. municipalities and foreign governments.
