This feedback is then used to improve the quality of her business. She attributes her success largely to her positive attitude.

Ms. Sartele completed coursework in nursing. She is pursuing a broker's license, having earned the distinction of certified distressed property expert and credited investor agent specialist. She is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Lake Eustis Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Tavares Chamber of Commerce. Looking ahead, Ms. Sartele plans to retire after a fruitful and productive career in the real estate industry.
