CREW Dallas, a non-profit organization comprised of more than 300 commercial real estate professionals, provides opportunities for networking, education, leadership development and civic and philanthropic involvement throughout the greater D/FW region and is affiliated with the national CREW Network.

Hart's multifaceted practice includes litigating and counseling clients with respect to complex commercial real estate and construction issues. She has experience with construction lien and bond issues, foreclosure suits, lien priority claims and lease disputes. With a global client base, Hart is also skilled at international dispute resolution and advising on cross-border transactions. Her legal acumen has been recognized by her peers, and she has been named a Texas Monthly "Rising Star" three times - including, most recently, in 2011.
Active in the community, Hart will co-chair the Member Services Committee for CREW in 2012; is president of the board of directors for Texas Winds Musical Outreach, Inc.; chairs the Education Committee for the North Texas District Export Council; and is a Foundation Life Fellow for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Hart is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2001) and the University of Texas, El Paso (B.A., 1997).
