Her duties in her current role of three years are running the brokerage as a partner and completing all related duties, including hiring, training, financing, mergers, acquisitions and sales. She is also the expert called upon to teach risk analysis and contract review.
Ms. Kilbrei is currently on track to becoming a partner in the newly opened Calgary branch, in addition to her British Columbia partnership. Expansion into the Eastern Provinces is anticipated in the next 5 years.
Ms. Kilbrei is currently enrolled at the University of Toronto completing her degree. She maintains her edge in the industry with affiliations with the Insurance Institute of Canada, the Insurance Brokers Association of BC, the Canadian Construction Association, the Urban Development Institution and the Southern Insurance Construction Association. Charitably, she supports the Inn From The Cold and is on the board of directors of Now Canada.
