"The music of Indieheaven Singer/Songwriter Kat Newland has a unique and worshipful style in the Christian Praise and Worship music genre. Kat Newland is a worship leader, who is based in Dennis, MA. A California native, she moved to Cape Cod six Years ago with her family. Since 1996, Kat has served as a worship leader for different churches and denominations. She is a worship leader at her home church "Vineyard Christian Fellowship". One of Kat's songs "Come Let Us Exalt the Lord" is currently being played on one of Cape Cod's Christian Radio stations.
Kat has ministered in song to the homeless and she has done weddings for family and friends. She leads worship for retreats and special events and at coffeehouses. She has been in several Christian bands throughout the years.
