She excels in creating wall murals and trompe l'oeil paintings, teaching art, creating fresh and silk flower arrangements, and decorating for parties and special events. Although painting is the focus of her work, Kate is also responsible for managing sales and marketing as well as all aspects of running a small business. She considers her involvement in a retirement home project scheduled for completion this summer to be one of the highlights of her career, and attributes her success to her integrity and ability to discern and create what her clients need.

A graduate of Maryland Institute College of Art, Ms. Hamilton earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1974. In her spare time, she has volunteered with Girl Scout Crafts and various local charities. She looks forward to expanding her client base and developing her business further.
