Kate Rudd Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Real Estate

Ms. Rudd became involved in her profession because of her passion for interior design and real estate. The highlight of her career was starting her own business and watching it grow — she never imagined work could be so enjoyable. Now as owner of Studio 180, she is responsible for assisting clients with real estate needs. In addition to helping her customers buy and sell properties, she delivers home staging and interior design & organizing services.

Ms. Rudd obtained a scholarship, which she is applying towards earning a master's degree in commercial real estate investment and analysis. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance, which she received in 2007 from Auburn University at Montgomery. She holds home staging certification; and is a certified interior decorator and certified search and rescue scuba diver. She is a president of the Montgomery Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women. She is an MGM Chamber Member as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montgomery Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Professional Organizers, United States Green Building Council and American Quarter Horse Association. In 2012, she was distinguished as a Woman of The Year by the National Association of Professional Women.
