LAKEWOOD, OH, January 24, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Katharine A. Nock, Engineering Technician at Terrace Construction Company, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of project management.

With six years of professional experience, five of which are with Terrace Construction Company, Inc., Ms. Nock is responsible for estimating, drafting, surveying, mapping, coordinating and interacting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing accounts payable. Her hard work and her positive attitude are the driving forces behind her success. In addition to her profession, she has hands on experience in graphic design and photography.

Ms. Nock will receive her Bachelor Degree in Surveying and Mapping in May 2009 and her Associates Degree in Geographic Information Systems, both from The University of Akron. She has also received her Bachelor's Degree in Digital Arts and Illustration and her Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts in 2006 from The Cleveland Institute of Art She was the second student at The Cleveland Institute of Art to successfully complete two Bachelor's Degrees simultaneously. She also has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Kent State University completed in 2003. She is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio, the American Congress of Surveying and Mapping, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars Honor Society. She volunteers for Cleveland Animal Protective League. Ms. Nock has obtained first place in the annual student surveying competition conducted by the American Congress of Surveying & Mapping.

Terrace Construction Company, Inc. is a construction company that provides construction services including conduit installation and repair, bridge rehabilitation, waterman cleaning services, boring and directional drilling, storm and sewer rehabilitation.
