Ms. Riffle has more than five years of professional experience and specializes in art history, drawing, accounting, and customer service. She is responsible for monitoring phone stations and managing front office duties including admissions. Prior to joining Akron Art Museum, Ms. Riffle worked in customer service for Carter Lumber for five years. She attributes her success to her hard work and dedication. She stays current with the trends in her profession by enrolling in industry-related courses.

Ms. Riffle has completed various courses and is affiliated with the Golden Key International Honour Society. In the future, she hopes to complete her degree in studio art.
