Hensley was formerly the Director of Sales & Marketing for Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Memphis, TN., and has proven to be a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in high-paced environments, while commanding the utmost respect from hospitality industry professionals. He co-authored "Guiding Principles" for the Memphis Convention and Visitors Bureau to aid in creating a better synergy among their sales team and the hotel sales team. Outstanding accolades during the course of his career have included being named Marriott International Central Region Property Sales Leader of the Year (2005) and Marriott International Global Event Team of the Year (2005), just to name a few. Hensley holds a BBA in Hotel Management from Belmont University in Nashville and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Jill and sons Sam and Caleb.
