Keith R. Pallo, Esq. Honored for Excellence in Workers' Compensation

Mr. Pallo's firm will soon celebrate its 20th anniversary

The highlights of his career include starting his own firm at the age of 40 and creating case law that allowed for hindrances to become compensable conditions.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, May 29, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Keith R. Pallo, Esq., Attorney of Pallo, Marks, Hernandez, Gechijian & DeMay, P.A., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in workers' compensation.

Mr. Pallo brings 33 years of professional experience to his role as the founding attorney of Pallo, Marks, Hernandez, Gechijian & DeMay, P.A. Each day, in addition to practicing workers' compensation law, he manages all operations of the firm. Because of the ever changing nature of the workers' compensation law, Mr. Pallo teaches CLE courses on the subject to other attorneys, adjusters, risk managers and employers. His firm will soon celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Looking back, Mr. Pallo attributes his success to treating his clients as he would any of his family members, which means giving 110 percent on each case. Ethical considerations are a high priority in any aspect of providing legal services and Mr. Pallo strives to meet that requirement every day and is recognized by his peers for doing just that. In treating each client as if they were a member of his own family, nothing but the best is a necessity and as such Mr. Pallo demands high work standards from himself. He became involved in his profession because he had actual family members who were wrongfully sued and denied coverage. He vowed that such an injustice should never occur again, which prompted his interest in law. His interest in workers' compensation developed during the time he worked as a young associate in the medical malpractice division of a large insurance defense firm. There was a huge demand for workers' compensation attorneys, and because he enjoys a mental challenge, he undertook to learn about and excel in providing informative litigation services in an area of the law he never anticipated practicing in when he graduated law school. The highlights of his career include starting his own firm at the age of 40, creating case law that allowed for hindrances to become compensable conditions and being recognized for understanding the complexities associated with defending employers in cases involving complex medical/legal issues associated with occupational disease and chemical exposure claims.

Mr. Pallo received a JD from the University of Miami along with a bachelor's degree in business, where he graduated with honors. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Registry and also maintains affiliation with the Workers' Compensation Section of the Florida Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Friends of 440, the Defense Research Institute, NAPEO, FAPEO, the WCCP and SAWCA. Mr. Pallo previously had been an active member of the Florida Chapter of the prestigious Inns of Court with a recent request to renew his participation in the organization. In recognition of his hard work and dedication, he became a Preeminent AV-Rated Attorney through Martindale-Hubbell. In years to come, Mr. Pallo plans to continue providing clients with the best he has to offer in order to help his many clients through the worst situations they may find themselves having to cope with and bring those matters to a favorable conclusion. He also intends to maintain his firm's high ethical standards in the provision of second to none legal services.
