PARK CITY, UT, February 3, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kendal Reynoso Lukrich, Owner of Kendal Rey Casual Photography, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in photography.

Ms. Lukrich has four years of experience as the owner of Kendal Rey Casual Photography. Her areas of expertise include portraitures of families, individuals and groups. She also specializes in photographing events and creating head shots, special occasion photo cards,photo books and albums. Additionally, Ms. Lukrich edits photographs, markets the company and creates and maintains websites.

Ms. Lukrich, who is the daughter of a Mexican father and American mother, is an American citizen who was born abroad. Her mother brought her to the U.S. when she was 4 years old and she did not return to Mexico until after her 15th birthday. When she was reunited with her family, a cousin gave her a black and white photo series that he shot in a small nearby village. The series inspired her to pursue a career in photography.

At age 16, a car accident left Ms. Lukrich with very little use of her left arm; however, her disability did not discourage her from living life or trying new things. Instead, it has challenged and helped her become more compassionate. Ms. Lukrich strives to inspire people with her story and be an example of courage and strength. Her hope is that her photography can tell others' stories of resilience, hope, and perseverance, and also provide an opportunity for growth and recovery.

A graduate of San Francisco State University, Ms. Lukrich holds a Master of Social Work. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She has also studied and educated herself about the field of photography for years. Like social work, the photography field is versatile and allows opportunities to work with people of different races and cultures. Ms. Lukrich loves the variety and the learning opportunities that it offers.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Lukrich intends to establish her portraiture photography business with regular clients and possibly hire a paid assistant. Ultimately, she hopes to photograph people and communities worldwide that have overcome great challenges, including war veterans, individuals with disabilities and refugees. She is also considering becoming a photo journalist once her children are grown.
