    CAMBRIDGE, MA, March 11, 2010 /Cambridge Who's Who/ --Kenneth Joseph Simmons, Esq., Attorney with August & Simmons, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in legal services.

Kenneth Joseph Simmons, Esq. possesses more than 42 years of practiced legal experience, the majority of which he has dedicated to August & Simmons. A recognized authority on tax returns, probate and real estate law, he practices civil, probate and estate law, as well as prepares tax returns.

Prior to pursuing a legal career, Mr. Simmons served as a Captain for the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. For his service, he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. This year, he was named Cambridge Publishing's "Professional of the Year in Legal Services" for his professional excellence. Mr. Simmons attributes his success to hard work and dedication. With no plans to stop, he will continue in the legal capacity as he moves forward.

Mr. Simmons holds a JD from Suffolk University and a bachelor of arts in history and political science from Boston College. He serves as director of The Touchdown Club of Arlington and serves as secretary for the Arlington Rotary Club of Rotary International. He maintains active membership with the Cambridge-Arlington-Belmont Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and American Bar Association.
