Kenneth Kulbeda Honored by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Environmental & Facility Assessment Services

    HUNT VALLEY, MD, September 4, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kenneth Kulbeda, Senior Project Manager of Asset Management for EMG, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in environmental and facility assessment services.

Mr. Kulbeda became involved in his profession after performing some architectural work in high school and eventually branching into construction. The most gratifying aspect of Mr. Kulbeda's career is observing buildings that he either designed or was involved in the construction management of, and being able to say, "Wow, I designed that building!" His 11 years at EMG have given him such satisfaction. EMG is an environmental and engineering assessment consultancy that provides due diligence engineering, property condition assessments and green energy and asset management. Mr. Kulbeda is responsible for assessing properties for government work, housing authorities and schools, interacting with financial institutions and diversified clients and reviewing reports. He has 37 years of experience in environmental and facility assessment services including interior, exterior and structural architecture. Prior to joining EMG, Mr. Kulbeda worked as the construction manager for The Sievert Group Engineering, Design & Construction from 2000-2001, the senior project manager at Construction Cost Systems/Owners Service Group, Inc. from 1998-2000, the midwest and southeast project manager for MOA Hospitality, Inc., TAD Development Corp. from 1996-1998, the project architect and manager for Warman Olsen Warman LLC from 1993-1996, SEC Donohue, Inc. from 1987-1993 and for Ralph Burke Associates from 1976-1987.

Mr. Kulbeda received a Bachelor's Degree in architecture from the University of Illinois in 1975, and an Associate Degree in architecture from Triton College in 1973. He was named Professional of the Year in Facility Assessment Service and the 2011 Professional of the Year by Cambridge Who's Who. He was also chosen to be featured in Pro-Files Magazine and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Worldwide Who's Who. He is featured on the Elite American Website and is an Expert Resource. Looking ahead, Mr. Kulbeda hopes to continue to grow with the company.
