Kevin Flannery Named Executive of the Year in Telecommunications

Mr. Flannery came from humble beginnings to establish himself in the field of telecommunications

SANFORD, NC, November 20, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kevin Flannery, Vice President of Dynamic Construction Services, Inc., has been named a Worldwide Branding Executive of the Year in Telecommunications. While inclusion in Worldwide Branding is an honor, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Branding membership.

Mr. Flannery has 26 years of overall experience, having recently become a Vice President for Dynamic Construction Services, Inc. As a telecommunications expert, as well as a seasoned professional in program management, he is responsible for handling overall profit and loss, EBITDA, business development, customer relations, vendor relations, industry research and oversight for the Operations group.

Mr. Flannery is a proud Christian, seasoned and successful leader, executive, entrepreneur and family man. Mr. Flannery was one of more than 10,000 entrepreneurs to be chosen to film for the pilot episode of ABC's "Shark Tank." There were 20 out of more than 10,000 chosen and he was on the Premiere episode in 2009 (see http://www.wispots.com). He founded multiple companies, managed the operations, construction, upgrade and/or overlay of more than 10,000 sites across the United States, built a very strong and well respected reputation as an industry expert and continues to pursue success and excellence.

Mr. Flannery comes from very humble beginnings, and a very stressful and dangerous childhood that would likely have destroyed most. After running away from home as a pre-teen to escape the insanity, he spent his teenage years bouncing from foster home to foster home. By the grace of God and his unwavering will to "be somebody," he stayed positive and excelled academically and athletically. He still had his wild and untrusting side at this point, but stayed focused on who he knew he could become. He graduated high school early and made the decision to join the United States Marine Corps to gain the discipline and focus he felt his life was missing. That was probably the single most important and correct decision he believes he has ever made. Mr. Flannery says, "Anybody can be whatever they set their mind to, if they put in the effort and keep a positive attitude along the way. Life will always have its ups and downs; it is how you handle those ups and downs that will dictate and define your life and legacy. Positive attitude, coupled with positive energy, beget positive results in the long run! I intend to write a book one day based on positive energy, positive thinking, persistence and never giving in to negativity."

Looking back, Mr. Flannery attributes his success to the love and blessings of his lord and savior, as well as his drive, passion and dedication to whatever he sets his mind to. He is dedicated to his loving wife and family. Additionally, he is a caring and positive person who believes people should find ways to work together and help one another, as opposed to compete with and battle one another. He became involved in his profession due to a natural progression that began with his work with electrical contracting at an early age. In the United States Marine Corps, he excelled in communications, people and task management. He has worked on every side of the telecommunications industry, for the Carriers, OEM and Turf vendors, as a business owner / service provider to all of the above, and has managed huge projects nationwide for decades. The most rewarding portion of his career was, and still is, his ability to build relationships and turn those relationships into long-standing successes.

Mr. Flannery studied at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and he has completed an electrical apprenticeship. He was a communications center specialist while enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. In years to come, Mr. Flannery plans to continue to grow and develop in this position and in his career. He also hopes to excel in everything he does and to become one of the preeminent, well-known industry leaders. He would love to have the time and resources to help children and adults that are less fortunate.
