ABOUT:
The WorkBoat Maintenance & Repair Conference and Expo features an info- packed three- day conference and expo with technical sessions, roundtables, product demonstrations, happy hours, and keynotes by Capt. Nick Sloane, Salvage Master for the wreck removal of the Costa Concordia, and legendary football coach Terry Bowden.

The Conference will offer three in-depth programming tracts: Structure and Hull, Power and Propulsion and Regulations. Nearly 200 exhibitors will have the latest products and services for vessel maintenance and repair.

Capt. Nick Sloane will deliver the first keynote address at noon on Wednesday, April 15. Capt. Sloane was the salvage master for the most challenging and largest wreck removal in history, the 114,500-ton Costa Concordia, off Isola del Giglio, Italy. Capt. Sloane has over 27 years in the salvage and offshore oil and gas business. During his career, he has been the salvage master for many operations around the world.

Legendary coach and former college football analyst Terry Bowden will deliver the second keynote address on Thursday, April 16. After spending time as a head coach at Auburn and Division II North Alabama, Terry Bowden became one of the top studio analysts in college football at ABC Sports. He is currently the coach at the University of Akron.
