- Lanham, MD, September 11, 2008, Kichelle L. Coleman, Treatment Foster Care Program Director for Boys Town, has been recognized by

Ms. Coleman has 12 years of professional experience in treatment foster care and social work. As program director of Boys Town, she is responsible for directing the treatment foster care program, supervising social workers, conducting weekly staff meetings, participating in leadership meetings, troubleshooting, reviewing budgets and approving invoices for accounts payable. Recognized with the Supervisor of the Year Award, she attributes her success to her upbringing and passion for her profession.
A graduate of Howard University, Ms. Coleman received her Master of Social Work In 1996. She is also a licensed clinical professional and a registered social work supervisor. Her professional affiliations include the Foster Family Treatment Association and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She advocates passionately for youth and child welfare, and aspires to further policy for foster care.
