The KI6610 FiberSafe Microscope has numerous practical new features, all intended to improve ease of use and overall success amongst typical semi-skilled users. Features include better overall ergonomics, intuitive operation, improved eye safety filters, clear safety labelling, easy image centering, and an illumination timer. Power is provided either by a single AAA alkaline battery, or from a USB lead. Triple illumination options include coaxial, oblique and core illumination. The scope can inspect duplex connectors, and range of connector adaptors is available. The scope is a significant improvement on existing products.
