Ms. Mahlia is responsible for marketing, designing products and overseeing sales. She became involved in jewelry design because of her interest in all aspects of the design industry and attributes her success to both talent and determination. Ms. Mahlia's memoir, "The House of Many Faces" garnered Honorable Mentions at both 2008 New York and Hollywood Book Festivals. She was also one of the panelists at the 2008 Virginia Festival of the Book.

Ms. Mahlia received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Arizona and an Associate Degree in Business with Distinction in 2004 and her Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of Arizona with both University and English Honors in 2003. She is a member of the American Gem Trade Association, Women's Jewelry Association, Jeweler's Board of Trade and the Jewelers Circular Keystone, which honored her with the Rising Star Award in 2006 and 2008 Designer of the Year Award.
