Ms. Van Leeuwen's 18 years of experience and her expertise in coaching sales teams and sales executives for increased productivity have enabled her to excel as the owner and principal of The Next Stage Group, LLC, a consulting company that provides products and services aimed towards enhancing companies' leadership and sales teams' ability to facilitate sustainable revenue growth. A large portion of Ms. Van Leeuwen's responsibilities entail coaching senior executives to achieve higher sales production and conducting interviews within companies to uncover best practices and implementing improvement measures. She has built and maintained strong relationships in corporate financial industries, and led sales teams for Wells Fargo in Canada and the United States for 12 years, and was asked to start the global sales division. Kristie is a Certified Master Coach (CMC), a National Speaker and a certified DISC distributor. In 2008, she was named Woman of the Year in Business Consulting and was recognized by the National Association of Professional Executive Women.
