With over three decades of professional experience, Dr. Kurt C. Rolf has enjoyed a distinguished career in both the military and private healthcare sector. A graduate of Lehigh University, he earned a bachelor of arts in biology in 1976 before his acceptance to Georgetown University School of Dentistry, where he earned his doctorate in dental surgery in 1980. Following dental school, Dr. Rolf enlisted as an officer in the United States Navy where he served for the next 20 years. During his tenure with the military, he provided dental care while serving with the U.S. Marine Corps, in hospitals and on ships including the USNS Comfort during "Roving Sands 2000." He served as clinical director of several dental clinics and was Program Director for the General Practice Residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital for four years. Dr. Rolf's military career saw him stationed in California, Japan, Italy and Maryland at the National Naval Medical Center, before retiring at the rank of Captain in 2000.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Rolf has managed his private dental practice in McLean, Virginia. Specializing in full mouth rejuvenation, he provides his patients with a diverse array of dental procedures including implants, cosmetic veneers, whitening, TMJ treatment, and crowns and bridges. Dr. Rolf is also available for dental emergencies and comprehensive oral examinations with an emphasis on total body health. Dr. Rolf completed a post-doctoral residency in comprehensive dentistry at the Naval Postgraduate School in 1987. He is board certified by the American Board of General Dentistry and the Federal Services Board of General Dentistry. He received a fellowship from the Academy of Dentistry International in 1998 and earned a Mastership from Academy of General Dentistry - an accomplishment achieved by fewer than 1,500 dentists in the United States. Dr. Rolf's professional affiliations include the Northern Virginia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
