Mr. Kristynik has an impressive background in the flooring services for more than 12 years, and is responsible for home remodeling, quoting projects, supervising staff and ensuring customer satisfaction. Mr. Kristynik attributes his success to his people management skills.
Mr. Kristynik earned a Master of Educational Administration from Texas Tech University in 2001 and his Bachelor of Science from Lubbock Christian University in 2000. He is on the board of the Letterman's Association at Lubbock Christian University, and affiliated with the Texas Tech Double T Association and The College Baseball Hall of Fame Foundation.
Mr. Kristynik stays current with the trends in his profession by attending seminars, trade shows and reading industry-related publications. He believes that the increase in the price of petroleum products and downfall of economy is the major issue faced by his profession.
