Ms. Henry's expertise is in healthcare administration. She has six years of experience with The Carlito's Wish Foundation, a non-profit organization that grants wishes to critically-ill children from financially needy families. As a member of the board, she organizes fundraisers, coordinates dinners and house parties, writes grants, visits various hospitals, and meets with children and families. Ms. Henry views her association with CWF as the culmination of a lengthy involvement in the non-profit sector that began when she was still in high school. She attributes her success to her passion for her profession and ability to set goals for herself, as well as to the support that she receives from her family, friends and supervisors.

An alumna of Central Michigan University, Ms. Henry holds a Doctoral Degree in Health Administration. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and volunteers regularly with the Panamanian Council of New York and the Young Women of Color HIV/AIDS Coalition. Ms. Henry aspires to expand the foundation on a national scale and venture into teaching.
