As Co-Owner and Executive Director, Ms. Williams is primarily responsible for developing curriculum and organizing educational development programs for children. She sets the foundation for developmental learning including personal, social, emotional, creative, aesthetic and physical development. Her programs provide an early learning "scaffold" by building literacy and mathematics skills using developmentally appropriate learning activities, worksheets and educational games that stimulate young learners. She attributes her success to her love for children and her passion for her profession.

Ms. Williams received her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication/Advertising from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois and is a member of the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce. A jewelry designer in her spare time, she volunteers for the Order of the Eastern Star and aspires to develop her independent jewelry design business.
