Jonathon Chippeck explains how they work: "The Landlord Action eviction process takes place in three simple steps and can get under way in as little time as 48 hours after you instruct the company of a problem. In step one, a notice is served to tenants to underline the severity of the situation. Step two; our solicitors start proceedings against the tenant and a court date is set. Step three; if the tenant does not leave by the date set by the court, Landlord Action send in the court bailiffs to remove the tenant and reclaim the property for the client."
Offering the best in landlord help anywhere, Landlord Action make it their business to get bad tenants out of private properties and even go as far as to chase for debt recovery afterwards. Their services also include a free advice line and free legal updates to any property owners who are experiencing problems with their tenants and a three-step programme that is charged in separate fixed fees.
