    /24-7PressRelease.com/ - February 20, 2005 - COSMOPOLITAN RESORT AND CASINO - The Cosmopolitan is without a doubt the most exciting Las Vegas high rise project the Strip has seen in years, with anxious buyers vying to own a piece of the action. Exact figures are not yet available, but lines were out the door through the day as Las Vegas Realtors waited over 4 ½ hours to secure units for their clients. Sophisticated preconstruction real estate buyers from Miami and New York hopped last minute flights to get their checks in on time, and sales of condos were quickly limited to one per buyer. By day's end deposits for the scarce one bedroom units had been raised to $100,000, and only a few of the 900+ units already released were still available.

But for those who missed the opening day there is great news! There are spectacular units still available and the developer has now released premium units on the top 5 floors as well. Plus the larger one bedrooms on the Strip side of each floor have yet to be released, and later there will be presales of the 400 units in the free standing tower as well. It is also anticipated that there will be some fallouts, so back up reservations will be accepted until the units go to contract about mid to late April. LIBERTY TOWERS - Presales are now also starting for Liberty Towers! This fabulous new project, slated for official opening in early March, is an exclusive 21 story residential high rise of only 132 units strategically located on Las Vegas Boulevard in the "Old Vegas" lifestyle area between the Strip and Fremont Street across from the Stratosphere. Inspired by the Art Deco era of Old Vegas, Liberty Towers will feature smooth clean lines and contemporary d cor.

Liberty Towers is the brainchild of Australian developers Victor Altomare and Joseph Di Mauro, who are noted for the exceptional quality and high end finishes of their creations. The building will have its own on site bistro and caf for those who don't want to cook yet don't feel like going out, full fitness center, 6th floor landscaped podium with pool and spa overlooking the city lights, theater room, business meeting room, secured parking area and on site concierge. This project should appeal especially to professionals working in the downtown business district who are tired of the commute from suburban neighborhoods. IVANA - Next on the Las Vegas preconstruction condo horizon will be Ivana, the tallest habitable structure in Las Vegas, another project by Altomare and Di Mauro. While details are still sketchy this will be a 73 story building towering over the city at 940 feet. Ivana will be centrally located on a two acre lot at the northeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard South and Sahara Avenue that's now occupied by the dormant Holy Cow casino/brew pub and a small, multilevel parking garage.

Plans are still being developed for Ivana, and it has not yet been finalized on whether or not its main floors will house a boutique casino. It will be sold as a Las Vegas condo hotel with the top 15 floors reserved for residential living. Its grandiose design calls for nine floor plans totaling 960 units capped by a nearly 15,700-square-foot penthouse that the builders hope to sell for more than $35 million. Joseph Di Mauro insists his group's proposed 940-foot residential tower will become a high-class gateway to downtown Las Vegas, likely within the next 36 months. Sales offices in Australia and Asia will play a role in marketing what he called a project of "national significance." In all it will take about 3 years to complete Ivana.
